I've just re-read my post and it was an E type I opened up, not a G. The E is built like a tank and can take a little abuse.

I'm going to have to give injectors another go at some point. The last one I tried (the hydro magic TSR pass-around) didn't work out too well for me but I only tried the Chinese Schick blades. Perhaps I'd fare better with the Personna blades...

I had a pack of Chicks and went through the lot in one sitting! Thinking I'd got a dud batch, I bought some from Connaught ... and felt pretty much the same after my first go with those blades.
I'm not sure what it is, but you need to spend a little time with them ...
Maybe clear off the worst with a known good combination and perform a cross pass and a polish with a Schick.
You might recall that I said I simply could not get a tune out of them a month or so back, but now, I think they starting to sing for me. Even the really mild ones are starting to bare their teeth.

Well done in your rehab. By the looks of your last picture, you definitely need a shave. Seriously, beautiful cat my friend.

Well done in your rehab. By the looks of your last picture, you definitely need a shave. Seriously, beautiful cat my friend. Thanks, pal. Yeah, my little mog. You wouldn't believe he's only 10 months old! We are very certain that he's part Maine Coon - already 11 lbs and half an inch shy of three feet long (the world's longest domestic cat it four feet/48"). He acts more like a dog - likes to be close but not cuddled on a lap, flops out anywhere rather than daintily finding the perfect spot; growls if you go near him when he's eating; okay in water, certainly not scared; doesn't play fetch but does understand "sit" Funny though, cats can squeeze into anything. If the plant pot was not there, his back end would normally be where the right edge of the plant pot is. He is an absolute treasure; a rescue cat destined for the RSPCA. Likewise, this razor is an absolute treasure. Thinking back, when I opened the packet, saw the rusted blade and the state of it, I very nearly binned it. I am definitely in for some of the older ones when I see them come up at the right price. I'm also going to revisit the Chick blades.
