Seen on eBay ... Still live, so I won't link it ... but the "device" with it is a simple 1914. I wonder what the stropper is like? Is it the regular stropper? How does that strop DE blades?

The ER stropper I have would not strop a DE. I wonder if this is the same.

We can only guess as the "stropper" inside the box is a plain old 1914 razor. I have scoured Waits for a picture of this box in the hope of seeing the stropper, but come up empty. I have found these pictures elsewhere, but again, they appear to take the spined blades:

After looking at this photo I thought I would try a quick stab at loading a DE in the attachment and check out loading it in an SE frame.
Well. To make it a short story - no. It doesn't fit. The 'blade' ends up being too wide/deep and simply won't go. I suppose the stropper is different because there are no stops to fit, the blade just flips and fits.
I imagine one could trim the DE blade on edge and give it a go, but ....

I must have a mild case. : /
