Good morning gentlemen, Being a recently converted SE shaver I thought this razor might be of interest to some of you who collect. It's for sale at the bay at the moment (not mine btw). Don't know if it takes a normal blade. Never seen one like this.

Louis and LeCoq were different brands, but the french frames/blades were all standard sizes and could be switched out. I have a Louis similar to this model but a bit earlier which I posted here..... link

These type of lather catchers were often sold simply by what was written on the (remaining) wedge/blade ... I have a Le Grelot frame with a Plum Bristol blade, which the razor was sold as a "Plum Bristol".
