Something unusual - the forgotten Schick - I present The ErazorWhat is it and is it mentionable? It's a very early double SE blade cartridge razor. 1940s. Patented by William Greenleaf: razors.click/patents/US2315785/As far as I understand you replace the head which contains two slim SE blades that face each other. One blade acts as the guard for the other. That is one unusual idea. The razor was sold by the Magazine Repeating Razor Company - the makers of Schick injectors up to Model F. Waits says they owned the trademark, but I can't find proof online. I normally don't buy razors I can't shave with, but hopefully, there will be usable blades included to try it at least once. I actually bought two of these to increase the odds of usable blades. The razors were $10 each, shipping is eyewatering though.

Hey, Tom! twhiteHow feasible would it be to make a double injector razor with the blades facing each other? Just in case I win the lottery.

I saw it in Waits and then two were available on eBay. $10 each - I couldn't resist. $43 postage total though. No pirate ships nearby. Ouch.

That's how patents should be.

Leopold Kuhnl (of hydromagic-lever and many injectors fame) invented one in the early 1970s: Looks like a weird Hussy. I'm still working on getting the patent online. Half the drawings are missing from it though.

That patent is killing me - a full page of text is missing as well. The one with the juicy bits.

The one with the juicy bits. Such a nice patent, but half the pictures and almost all of the nuts and bolts text is missing. I checked three sources for patents - they all have the same issues. razors.click/patents/US3821851/
