So how long should I let the soap cure? 2-3more weeks. You can use it now though. It wont change that much.

I make a motion we hold off on the group shave until everyone gets theirs. What say we? Are we going to set a date for a Morning TOST group shave. Mine arrived today and I was going to use it tomorrow for my planned shave.

I was just thinking wait on the offical group shave until everyone has their cake.

Thanks for the steer. during the summer one of my favourite aftershaves is a mixture of 50% Pinaud Citrus Musk + 50% Pinaud Lime Sec to which I add menthol crystals....boom! might try that

My after shave will be Pinaud Gentleman's Gin. It will pair nicely with it.

I shaved again with the Morning TOST. I really like it. It is a great performer, and I love the scent. No picture/unmentionable. Will be using it again tomorrow with J.A. Henckels wedge.

Saturday 25th May Jayaruh #289 - TOST 2019 LE Soap 'Morning TOST' - GEM Junior LC w/Jayaruh handle - GEM SSC #2 - Alum - Electrif's Bay Rum v2 - Gillette Pro 3in1 Balm The soap has distinctive lime and ginger top notes. It is a fairly hard soap, but the cake wasn't wide enough to fit the wider container I had so I heat softened it very gently in the microwave, and carefully pressed it in. It lathered very easily and gave very good coverage. It has great slide and residual slickness I like. The handle for the GEM Junior was made by the very talented woodsmith Jayaruh who gifted it in the soap package. It fits perfectly in the hand and looks superb. I finished the shave with my new batch of Bay Rum, which coincidentally has ginger and lime zest in its ingredients. My thanks go to @vintagelife and jayaruh for their generosity.

I, too, am really enjoying the Morning TOST. I may try your trick of the microwave.
