I've considered getting some of these next. Seems to be a lot of models. Do the blades and injectors fit all razor models or does each schick have it's own blades. Does type E require type E blades etc

Does type E require type E blades etc Modern blades fit all Schick injectors. Blades for Type A-C were a tiny bit thicker I believe - they were repeaters, not injectors anyway - you can still use modern blades. Twin blades will not fit all injectors (Type H onwards, except those with a Hydromagic lever), but you are unlikely to get Twin blades as your first blades due to cost. Get a Type E, or G to N (D, F and O will break the bank), and some Schick blades and have fun.

The only think I can add to what riverrun said was that starting with model L and onward you could use the twin injector blades you might see on the auction site. Ebarbershop has an O clone that is good.

Type H (get one of those - they are the by far the most best bestest - maybe not as your first injector) and some I and J (I1, J1, J2 without Hydromagic lever) take Twin blades as well (none of the Lady Eversharp Type K do). Clones. Meh.

The O clone is not bad, but my only other Injector is the Lady Eversharp and the fit and finish is superior to the clone. The only Injector I still want to acquire is and adjustable. Though I'd take a nice O if I ever run across one at a reasonable price.
