Lets play a game. My daughter sent me this picture yesterday from an antique mall. Guess the razor I had her get. I will post pictures when she gets home this evening. I had to crop out the unmentionables so there are not that many to choose from.

It is silver plated so off to clean it.

Ok it is a Clauss automatic safety razor. The first to my knowledge of a twist to open cap. It does take a proprietary blade. Fortunately a de-spined Gem works perfectly. This is my second one. I have a nice cased one also. They deliver a nice semi aggressive shave. If you ever come across one. Do not hesitate to pick one up.

That is a very nice looking razor! It's almost designed like a clog-proof with the open bottom. Sounds like your daughter found a really nice hunting spot. I'd go back there for sure.
