The way the 1924 shoots out the blade I think I can double it as a lethal weapon If the 1924 is more mild then the OCMM then I am going to love it.

No prob loading the '24. And I'm clumsy -- I fall down a lot! Good trick by RazorX though: always put a finger in front so that cover doesn't hit the handle. There's lots of '24s out there with big scratches on the center of the cover because of that. Makes me appreciate my mint clean '24 all the more. smile.

John I also put my finger in front so that the top plate doesn't hit the handle (avoiding dents/scrapes). Sure my finger takes a beating but I will heal that 1924 won't lol. Since originally posting this thread I had the pleasure to try the 1924 and it was GREAT! I like far more then the 1914. I found it to be ridiculously smooth and mild. It feels as if though I can get cut by being too confident with this razor since it feels like it doesn't even glide over my face. My 1924 is also in near mint condition it came in the original box too. Luckily I got it cheap.
