Interesting, Thanks. I didn't know they had a 30mm knot.

Ah, yes, Frank Shaving. Tell you what... Even if their products could compete with the originals - which, in my experience, they can not - I would rather stop shaving altogether than buy from them. Two simple reasons: - The only way they can offer their products at the current prices are slave or child labour. Whether you care or not is none of my business, but I do.
- Product piracy should be punishable by death. See this? Well, the original says Prima Rindleder Germany. And not China. Needless to say that the Dovo strop is in a different league entirely.
As I said, it is a matter of keeping your conscience clear. And no, I would never buy anything from that iKon outfit, either. If you want German quality standards, you will have to pay a premium. If you can live with cheap counterfeit products made under working conditions that make 1848 Manchester look like heaven, that's great. I couldn't, and I won't.

And merry Christmas to you, too.
Not to worry, though, no need to brighten me up. I'm a very cheerful person. One, however, that takes objection with dumping prices and product piracy depriving the original inventors of their rightful share. As I said, whether one wants to buy from such companies is one's private decision. But I think they need boycotting.
