Warning! DE razor! I know ... I know ... no DE talk here, but look at the handle! Talk about a butchered Chain Link! Dear Lord! ... apparently, it'a a Shavex, Made in England and patented 761904. Waits is silent on the matter other than a brief entry showing what might be a butchered 1914 handle. So, Shavex, the Butcher of British Made ER handles?

You, Paul, are a apparently a rank beginner. This is, in all likelihood, a custom razor. Created by a US based artisan and small time vendor with all the power his Dremel could muster. Think Mergress or Custom Gold Dollar (the latter being a $1.5 Chinese import cut-throat turned into a venerable custom razor using a Dremel, a recycled bowling ball, and approx 30 minutes of spare (think dole queue) time).
On a less humorous note, boy!, does that razor look sad. I would bury it in a shallow grave.

Likely, although in Waits, the handle looks distinctively like the smooth six sided 1914 ... again, butchered.
This example is very sad. It's on eBay right now if someone wants to buy it and give it a decent funeral.
