Thank you Alan! I just wanted to specify the attributes (and give a thorough review) of the Very Sharp. I know these are not easy to find but I hope this thread helps any future owner of the Very Sharp.

Great (and very simple) fix with the rubber band/washer Joe, and a cool review. The similarities to the 1924 make this sound like a great razor, although one that would need practice to enjoy.

Marcus, yes, in every aspect it's like a light weight version of the 1924.

More added information, the "Very Sharp" is actually the same razor as the "Trial King" razor.
