That's an interesting looking razor, I'm curious what the screw on the bottom is for. Any theories?

Sweet catch Alan. It looks remarkably like a "Tondeo injektor" Alan.

@ Tom--I don't know yet. I did see another(for a lot more $$$$) and it had a piec of plastic in that area. I did a quick search and came up with little to nothing.
@ Joe--yeah I thought it was also when I first saw it. But it's built differently.. I do like a good mystery.

That thing looks mean just sitting there. Shaved with it yet?? Well I did today and was pleasantly surprised. Mild, nope. It shave like a cross between an E and a mmoc! No pressure , flat against face, great audio feedback. A pig to use under the nose. 30 gms with the weight to the head. Used an '03 Chick. As with my other British shave tools , it was more agressive and smooth. 4 pass for a bbs. That other Personna Star Trek thingy is a shuttle. This is a Galaxy Class Star Cruiser! If ya' come across one, buy it!

Alan, I think I just got the same razor, with case. It is called The Executive Injector and was made by Personna International UK, which is a division of Personna American Safety Razor Company. You're correct about the large blade gap. It's larger than my Schick G4, but about the same as my E2 and PAL Injectomatic. The handle is shorter than I was expecting, a couple of millimeters longer than the PAL Injectomatic and the Schick Type E. Mine has the plastic under the head covering the spring, instead of the screw, and it is marked "Made in GT BRIT." The head appears to be plastic with a brushed stainless accent strip up the back of the handle and part of the head. On the accent strip is the Lion and Unicorn crest with a P in the center. This strikes me as a little "lese majeste" considering that it is part of the Royal Coat of Arms--without the P. The guard bar, blade support with blade stops, and the spring appear to be nickel-plated metal. All in all, it is a very attractive razor, and should be fairly aggressive. Sorry I can't provide pics, as the editor won't let me insert or attach them.
