Having acquired this razor as part of a job lot, 1 was probably like many unsure how it would perform with its unwieldy looking Handle [ Baton]. Loaded it up this Morning, and what a surprise, the handle shape seemed naturally to adopt the correct head position according to the part of the face being shaved.
Is it the Head that makes it so good ? I certainly would recommend it to anyone. Shave was DFS, and so comfortable irritant free that I used neither Alum or Balm, just a Splash of After Shave.

I agree, it's a great razor. It looks like it's made out of aluminum foil but it performs nicely. For me as long as a handle allows me to grip it without feeling as though it's about to fall out of my hands it works. The baton handle does it's job IMO.

Big fan of the baton handles myself. And, they're easy to store just by standing them up straight!

I like both the GEM and Treet baton handles.
