Greetings Rudeone!
I have absolutely no info. about it whatsoever as I suspect this post is a 'leg pull', 'wind up', joke or whatever other title you wish to bestow upon it. If however you post a non photoshopped picture of it I am sure one of our very well informed members will help you and I will unreservedly withdraw this comment and humbly apologise!
Either way welcome to the forum?
Regards Dick (torchless in the UK)

With build in torch in the handle? Come on, you can't be serious! Either your razor has a veeeery big handle, or it is a modern customisation....I don't think that back then they had torches small enough to fit in a razor handle!

There were a number of safety razors lamps, battery powered ... and Ever Ready did make batteries (different Ever Ready, mind ... "Ever Ready" the company as opposed to "Ever-Ready" the trademark of the American Safety Razor Corp.), so it is highly possible that an otherwise unmarked, unlabelled safety razor with such apparatus and Ever Ready batteries inside does exist. It's not an ASR Ever-Ready, though ... Unless it is, in which case I declare rudeone my new bestest pal and trust he'll give me it for my modest collection

Wow, it does exist!!! I had never seen one.....not even had I heard of it. Does Waits mention something about this? The head looks definitely like a regular 1912 Ever-Ready British Made...what does the base plate inside the cap say?

Yes, I did mean precisely that. So the head is the one of a British ER 1912...yes it's definitely an Ever Ready. Don't know what "Razorlite" can refer to.

Haha! Well, look at that! What a great item!
Yes, Ever-Ready and the model is 'Razorlite'. Clever! Thank you for putting up pictures.

Ha ha - who knew? Isn't it astonishing that no one on this SE specialist forum was even aware of the existence of this until now. A phenomenal find... and isn't there a band called Razorlight?

I've never seen anything like that in my near-constant monitoring of eBay.
Does it take a battery? Does it still work?
Must have more . . . information!

Greetings
I unreservedly apologise for doubting you and inferring you were pulling our legs! That is quite the most unusual razor that I have ever seen. I suspect to a collector it would be very valuable, as you can see nobody has ever seen one before and I suspect the chances of finding another are remote.
Regards Dick.
