Nice Humble Brag there too. The book in the back ground showing off to the rest of us, you can read. LOL Actually, I would not have guessed you were into Science Fiction, I had you pictured as more of a Louis L'Amour or Tom Clancy type reader. I am very much into those two. Also JT Edson. I do like to read some Science Fiction. Dune was a favorite. The originals. Star wars and such are fun. Also like things like Sherlock Holmes. I need to add Dune to my list. I think I tried that long ago and never got very far. I'm an Agatha Christie and Alistair MacLean fan too.

It is Williams Wednesday, and the williams does not disappoint. Cold Water Rinse Williams Mug Soap B-400 Badger TNNSER by Tom Pal CS CWR Cella Balsamo Dopobarba The Williams Mug Soap Shave Soap face-lathered well with the B-400 Badger brush. Two passes and touch ups with the TNNSER by Tom with a PAL CS blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Cella Balsamo Dopobarba. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Another great Williams Wednesday. My first few shaves with the Stick Schick were rather harsh. Turns out it was loaded with a twin blade. After I switched it with a Proline blade, all is well.

18/03/20 Williams WednesdayPre: Sainsbury's Luxury Soap, Bergamot & Nectarine Brush: Alpha Outlaw Titanium G4 Synth Soap: Williams Mug Shaving SoapRazor: Valet VC1 Silver Tone Blade: Despined GEM SS PTFE (11) Post Shave: Alum Block, cold water splash, Infused Witch Hazel Balm: Barts Balm Grapefruit & Pink Pepper Balm & Lotion Aftershave: Williams Aqua Velva Formula #1
I keep forgetting to post here after a Williams Wednesday
A great bowl lather with the Williams today, i thought i may have overloaded as the Alpha really whips up a lather, i ended up with enough for 4 passes and the lather was quite a good creamy one. I knew i was chancing it with the Blade taking it past 10 shaves and the blade did start to give on the 2nd pass, firstly giving a prickly feeling then started to drag a little on the ATG pass, i decided not to push it and gently finished off the shave, still 11 shaves from 1 blade is very good value. Again the Valet showing itself to be a very mild shaver (YMMV). The finish was a DFS, i do have a little "sandpaper" feel on my heavier areas around the chin and top lip, although you cannot see it, no indication at all from the block and a nice post shave finishing with the Williams Aqua Velva, sadly this Barts Balm sample is coming to and end and i probably have 1 more application of the balm left, the Lotion is about 1/4 full. Thank fully i still have quite a bit of the Lavender sample left and 5 "fullish" 50ml sets of balm and lotion of 5 of the other scents. A little goes a very long way. A very happy shaver today. Stay safe and enjoy your day all.

I shaved with Williams today, but I did it with an Unmetionable. However, I made a video of the shave. Since I forgot to press record on last week's Williams mug-less shave, I have taken out the lathering portion of the video for this site. No unmentionables are identified or shown. Here is my Williams Mug-less face-lathering video. Enjoy. It is short.

I had a veddy nice shave with modern Williams. The big ole boar I git from twhite is still a favorite. For a razor I chose a favorite G8 that has a ton of blade feel. Just super feeling shave. The coachman was a perfect finish!

I had a Williams Thursday today. Unlike most days with Williams, I held the puck in my hand and loaded the brush, I loaded the sides of the brush better than I normally could in a mug and didn't use as much of a vertical swirl pattern. I have to say I think it was a superior load compared to out of the mug and I will go that route the next few times to see if I think it really is that or just my imagination.
