Yes - I can tell you from personally testing it that a Twin Blade will not fit in this razor. And I wasted a perfectly good NOS Twin Blade in the process. --Bob

Tue 4th April I have now had over 20+shaves with this razor. I have tried different blades on a 3* plate, and with a lot of work get a mid quality shave. Finding it does not suit my heavy beard, and find they have no plans to produce a more aggressive plate. Tried a Japanese Schick today, was totally unsatisfactory and I gave up the Shave.

Eureka Moment After a great PAL Adjustable shave yesterday, decided to give the SE another go. Tried the shave angle on dry cheek, and thought that previously my angle may have been a bit off, when using on lathered face. Concentrated more, and am pleased to say got a far more close all round shave than previously.
Still feel that I can get consistently closer shaves with other Razors, but this one is very smooth doing a shave, and is probably great for those with less tough beards.

Eureka ! Blade for The Single Edge. Having got a fairly harsh beard I get an OK Shave with the Supply using a Japanese Schick Or NOS blade. I have used Schick Proline Type P blades in other SE Razors, and came across a Type B Proline blade [38mm] ,and thought Injector Size Have managed to find a Japanese source, and received them yesterday. Hand loaded one into the Supply. The Shave is incredibly smooth but effective. The Quality of finished Shave is up there with the Best. Next move will be to try it out in a vintage Injector.

I found that Personna's blades which come with TheSingleEdge are better than Japanese Schick. But I must try Proline!

These razors are pretty slick looking though, not sure how the performance would be

These razors are pretty slick looking though, not sure how the performance would be I have few problems with it on the start. It was a frustrating a little bit. I feel that it may give me a good shave, but... After few shaves, using Perssona blades, i finally got it! People love it or hate it. If you can try it before buying it will be a good idea.

It's a nice looking razor, and their presentation is pleasing. However, I'd rather spend my money on a vintage injector. That one is out of my league.

I had a SP razor sent to me by Screwtape over on TSD. I am going to try it out. We did a trade. I made him a 400 style brush, and I am getting the Heljestrand razor. He offered the SP, but I was not sold on it. So, he sent it for me to try out. I will be using it tomorrow.

I used the SP for the first time today. I had read that it was a mild razor, so instead of using the #2 plate I put in the #3. I got a great shave, but it is still a mild razor. Glad I used #3.
