Opps, forgot the post.
What a great idea. We could even have a calendar with the Shave-Mates of the year.

[BTW..Fuzzy, I've always dug your signature...When I was growing up, Jeff Cooper, Elmer Keith, and Skeeter were among my favorite magazine writers...later maybe add John Taffin, he's always been a champion of my personal fav the 44 Spl.] Then you know what "Hell I was there" means. Glad you like.

Is anyone finding the Streamline very aggressive? Mine is not liking me very much...

Mine is like butter. Just got done using it and it always gives me a flawless BBS shave. Used it this time with some Arko soap and Lucky Tiger AS.

I'm not finding the streamline too aggressive. As a matter of fact, it's amazing to me just how smooth and well mannered it is. Yet, it still gives a phenominaly close shave. That's why my streamline is my favorite mechanical razor! smile.

Streamline #3 arrived on Saturday, and I couldn't be happier with it! Very nice cased version I bought from a nice friend from this site. I have a GEM Jewel and a strop set ER Streamline on the way. I really need to find an "old type" streamline now.
(Actually, it's one ER Ambassador set, and two ER Jewel sets in the metal case. I didn't want to sound picky. They are all the same design of razor.).

If anything I find the Streamline to not be quite efficient enough. An open comb version would be simply sublime!

Picked up my cased Ever-Ready Streamline strop set today from the post office. Complete set including original strop. Needs a lot of cleaning. I'll try to get some pics up as soon as I'm able.
