What's your favorite brew? Can be craft or not, doesn't matter. I'll go first. My favorite that can be found across the country would be New Belgium Fat Tire made right here in Colorado. My next would be Perky Porter by Squarwpeg Brew Werks. A local veteran owned brewery. It has a punch coffee taste and aroma.

Fat Tire is a classic, and I never tire of it. Another Ft. Collins beer I've enjoyed is 90 Schilling from O'Dell. The Perky Porter sounds interesting, too.
I don't know that I have a favorite beer, but 49th State's Smoked Märzen, Paulaner Märzen (Oktoberfest), Alaskan Winter, and Trois Pistoles from Unibroue are at or near the top.

And I'm not that fancy, only whiskey I drink is Jack lol My biological Dad drank Coors. I was not old enough to remember but mom always said he did. The dark Dos Equis is great to me. I like different whiskies and burbons. Ezra Brooks is a favorite..so is gentleman jack. I think I have some Makers Mark over on the shelf now.

Virgil's Root Beer is my beer of choice.....I also love Henry Weinhard's Root Beer aswell....course I also like Barq's or A&W if a scoop of vanilla ice cream is involved....
Fuzzy, I was checking out your Simple Bourbon tastes...looks pretty good to me.....BTW, have you tried Jim Beam Black? Thats a really great bourbon I think, and at a super price...

I am a stout or porter kind of guy. The beer I like best now is Innis & Gunn green label.

My all time favourite is Westvleteren 12. Almost impossible to get hold of. I once spent a week in Amsterdam and found a small pub that actually had a crate. They tried to make it last by charging 15 Euros for a small bottle. At the end of the week two of us had empty wallets and the pub had no Westvleteren 12 left I've only ever seen it once since... in a bar in Stockholm, but they wanted twice the money and I let it go. I was there with my better half and she would not have understood.

Orval for me! Luckily I have a local tavern 500 meters from home that has a steady stock of them. I drank an Anchor Porter the other day I loved it. Chimay and Duvel are up int the list too.

The more like ice water with alcohol in it the better for me. Not a big lover of beer, but I like an ice cold Miller High Life or Rolling rock.

I prefer a good Scotch..and all who know me well know I prefer a Single Malt Straight Up....Maybe some call that fancy, but I don't see how you could get that any simpler... But the beer I do reach for on a regular basis, is Root Beer...My favorite soft-drink...and I prefer Virgil's and Henry Weinhard's...And both of these are brewed the natural way at distileries that also brew regular Beer.....But I'll take even Barq's, A&W or Mugs over a cola anyday...
