Across the street one of the guys recently picked up two OCMM. One is nickel with the bumps for the double edge blades and one is gold tone with out the bumps. It appears the teeth are different length. Has anyone noticed a long and short tooth model OCMM ? I am going to dig around and see if I have one of each to compare.

I saw that picture. I checked mine. I am down to only one OCMM and it appears to be long toothed. I have BTMM and CPMM but they don't count. They are toothless. HA!

I just measured my OCMM. The teeth are 1.68 mm in length.

?? Identical huh? There is a post across the street claiming they are a "little" different.I had never heard of them being different. I think it is in the haul.

Fuzzy I have three and all the teeth are the same regardless of the other differences.

There were different clog-prufs I think, different number of "teeth", are you sure that's not what it's about?

I remember the post across the street. First anyone had claimed a difference. It amazes me how some people claim things are "a little different". Usually not. I am sure they were talking about the OCMM.

I don't see a difference. Neither do I. My Gold "bumpless" and my chrome "bumped" shave the same to me.

I think that any felt differences felt arise from differences in various dies used (or pressure used to form the metal on different days). I have no proof of that, so it's just speculation, but I have felt differences between the same models between different razors.
