The overall Shave finish on the face is very good, but somewhat lacking around the neck. View Attachmentthe very same happens to me with the Hawk, even if I add weight to it with a s/s handle. On the other hand, the aluminium General head, paired with a heavy handle always leads to excellent results, especially when equipped with a Schick Proline P.

SOTD March 7th The Bunny V3 (Nosto plate) Personna (6) Stirling Baker Street Yaqi Professional (28mm, Destroyer class) First shave with The Bunny, decided to go with the NOSTO plate because I usually like a little more blade feel. Riding on a bed of Stirling super goop the Bunny was smooth as silk! Absolutely marvelous, the angle practically set itself, whiskers were wiped away and there was no sense of harshness. This razor could easily take the #1 injector spot. Its going to be a real pleasure using the Bunny for the next couple of shaves before I have to pass it on. Have a great day my friends!

Don't forget to try it without the guard. Ride the cap and no pressure. It is like a straight razor shave. I usually use the NOTSO comb myself.

Wed 7th March Omega 10005 boar Haslinger Honig Supply SE - V2 No3 plate Schick Proline [ 9 ] Jaguar Prestige A/S Lotion When I tried V1 of the Supply SE even on plate 3 it was far too mild for me , and only delivered poor Shaves. I acquired a revised No3 plate which makes the Razor work for me. Today was a good shave, with a nice degree of blade feel I was able without difficulty to get a good close all round finish. Is it any better than Vintage Injectors ? IMHO not any better than some of my favourite Injectors. However, I do enjoy shaving with it as its extra weight makes it feel different to normal Injector Shaves

Thursday 8th March Zenith 506TS Erasmic Bowl Soap Radio 1912 GEM Stainless Coated #10 Alum Wash Blue Stratos A/S Lacura Moisturiser The one thing I originally didn't like about this soap was the smaller bowl which made it awkward to load the brush. But now the larger bowl has changed my opinion. It's still the same glycerine formula, has a nice 'barbershop' scent and is cheap as chips. BTW, the shave was great, happy days!

I have only used the erasmic tallow shave stick. I do like it...D'oh!!

Great shave today. 9nein9 sent me some samples of The Copper Hat soaps. I tried out the Bay Rum today and loved the shave. The tuxedo knot really liked it. Since he started his SE adventure with a FW I used one today. The Pinaud Virgin Island Bay Rum AS finished things up nicely!!

Thur 8th March Omega 11137 boar L`Occitane Cade Cream Schick Type F Schick S/S [ 5 - Japan ] Puig Quorum A/S Lotion Very pleased that after my initial outing with the Type F and a dodgy blade, I have got things right. I decided to try it with a cream to see how it coped, as the Cade is very rich frequent rinsing was required, but it did not affect the Shave in anyway. I am a bit mystified that the F shaves so smoothly and is apparently mild , yet I am able to get trouble free close all round Shaves. Later Schicks are equally as smooth, but they do not deliver such a high quality finish. Really is Rolls Royce performance, does not look too shabby either. I wonder whether its looks influenced Tom White when he created " The Bunny ".
