I've used the GEM bullet-tip with Magic Eye a couple times now and in both uses ended up nicking myself rather badly. Is there a tutorial video I can watch to see how others have handled it? I don't know of a video, but keep that think almost flat and use no pressure. Use a very light touch. You should not be nicking yourself.

The guiding eye is a marketing play. All the micromatics require the same touch. Flat on the face and light pressure. Here is a video with a flying wing.

I know others have stated to put the head flat against the skin, but I find that I get best results when I drop the handle slightly, assuming a downward stroke. That allows maybe 1/4" of the head to rub the skin and not the entire head. This is quite literally different strokes for different folks.

Sounds like technique to me.....just saying.
