Never being one that was accused of being the smartest person, it has taken me this long to order from Stirling Soaps. I ordered 4 sample pucks. Ozark mountain, Stirling Spice, Texas wildfire, and glacial lemon chill. I'm excited to try them all, but mostly for the Stirling Spice, I want to see how it compares to the original Old spice. Prices in sample pucks aren't bad, 3 bucks a piece, and flat rate shipping for 5 bucks. Heck, worst case scenario if I don't like em, I'll pass em on. So, what say yall? Have yall ever used any Stirling?

Yes. Stirling soaps are one of my "ol' reliable" soaps. Never had a bad lather with Stirling soaps. I have used Stirling Spice and Lemon chill. I enjoyed both of them very much.
My first order, Rod sent a free sample of rectangular shaped soap. I lathered it up, but I noticed it did not create as much lather as the others. Shaved with it fine though. Then, later, I found out that the rectangle soaps are BATH SOAPS. Ooops. Oh well, it was still good shave soap. Haha

I have used and now use Stirling SS. The active soap is the Margaritas in the Artic and it's great. Easy to lather, great face care and cold as heck. What's not to like about that?

I got some Pharoah's Dreamsicle a while back. Very delightful. Recently, I got and have been using Sterling Lime. Both are great lathering soaps.

I only got the samples for now, but expect to see video reviews of them all. The one I am most interested in will be the texas wildfire. I've heard it is either a love or hate for that one. I'm a big fan of citrus cents, so I hope I like the samples.

Another one of theirs that is a love hate is the Electric Sheep.

I was given a sample of the Electric sheep and Ozark Mountain scents. They smell great and work great. You should really enjoy them.

I've got the Bay Rum and the Arkadia, and I had the chance to try samples of the Ozark, Mountain Man, Scots Pine Sheep, Glastonbury and Stirling Gentleman... all veddy, veddy good! I'm curious to read your impressions on the ones you ordered, especially Texas WildFire and Stirling Spice... I've had these two on my radar for a while now.

Honestly not sure which one I will start with. Just want to see what all the fuss is about. I've heard Stirling can be love/hate on some scents. If I don't like a particular scent, I'll either cut it with another soap, or probably PIF it away to someone here.

I've got Executive Man and Orange Chill, and they're both WONDERFUL!! I agree regarding the scents being polarizing. I moved 3 pucks out of the den recently as the scents just didn't jive with me. Performance was top-notch, though, just like the rest of their soap line.

I tried two. They were solid performers, and sensibly priced. However, there are - in my personal opinion - even better soaps around. If you are in the US, give Green Mountain Soap a try. I found them surprisingly good.

Well all four soaps came in today. Boy, was I suprised. I decided to use the texas wildfire for tonight's shave. I was impressed on 2 counts. Firstly, the scent. What else can I say, it is smoky, deep, and multi dimensional. The scent liners and has staying power. The protection is outstanding and so slick that I had enough protection for a pass afterward without re lathering. I'll be ordering more in the foreseeable future. Attachments:

Stirling, imo, has never let me down in performance or post shave feel. Just some scents were not to my liking. All around, too notch soaps.
