Wednesday - June 13, 2018 - SPEICKTACULAR Shave! Back to the Personna Floating head II ( the 2 is the blue version that was advertised for using there Twin Blades, The orginal floating head was black and that came with a single Personna 74 - but the only difference is the colour - there exactly the same - I have both) The Modern Japan Schick Twin blade on 2nd shave - the blades can compete with the vintage twins - there friggin' awesome - shame the cost a lot - but for a "injector head" its worth it for the fix! I am just loving these Razor More and More - I am really dialed into the angle, its not a noisey shave - but boy it sure is efficient! at first you feel like you did not get a really close shave - than a hour later you start rubbing your face - and u cant stop~!!! Petting a dolphin is fun!!!!!!! SPEICK!!!!! cant say more than what has been said - this STICK might be the best shave stick - its so darn slick!! Also - the using the PRE ELECTRIC SHAVE is great for the warm weather when u don't want a oil - nice hidden secret for wet shaving - u dont need to use it for a electrical device - its great with COLD STEEL! SEMOGUE 610 Boar - no surprise - semogues rule the boar world. Do i need to add the disclaimer of YMMV? Nah ! If you cant get a good shave with this gear - than you need to get a Remington and plug in!!!! Haha peace - JAMIE!! Good choice Jamie, I'll be using Speick for my next shave. Great, albeit unusual scent. I grated mine to a bowl, but I may get another and keep it sticklike.

Thur 14th June Omega 11137 Tabac soap ER 1914- 12Tooth Gem S/S [ 4 ] Tabac A/S Lotion Though I prefer Razors with longer handles, I manage to adjust my grip so that I can wield the 1914 quite easily. I find it provides a nice smooth Shave and I had no problems attaining a close all round finish. I still prefer the 1924 to the 1914 though many consider it to be a bit more aggressive.

6/14/18 - Thursday Night Shave - Another amazing shave from the PERSONNA FLOATING HEAD - Modern JAP SCHICK Twin Blade [2] I was in a LILAC mood and normally I choose the VEG (or the VEG Chooses ME!), but I busted out my 2 year old Stephan Lilac bottle that I got from my Barber Vic, forgot how awesome this after shave is. Weather is getting warmer and my skin is different, so no pre shave and no balm. The Catie's Bubbles Literal Lilac is just amazing - this is a luxury cream formula and reminds of TOBS, but better. Brush - is my treasured Semogue Synthetic - limited edition - Portuguese shave forum. peace- Jamie

So sweet ! thats the big ol' OMEGA 98 Knot! i love that knot ! I would rather own a TOM WHITE 400 than the original! Tom really is a artist at machining metal - He did the rings for the JR lather catcher handelsa snd the Coin for the TOST brush - is that SOLID metal the handle? or hollow? If would pick the SAME KNOT if I ever had a choice on a TWhite 400 - really there is no better

Schick G4 razor Personna 74 blade WD Synthetic brush Palmolive Mentholated SC Osage Rub/Witch Hazel w/aloe Tally-Ho Cologne
Day 10 and another fabulous shave. This blade shows no signs of degradation at this point and feels great so my face is very very happy again. The Tally-Ho cologne is a find I was lucky enough to get last summer. Nice scent and my bride likes it. Now go enjoy your day folks.

Fri 15th June Omega 10005 Blues Soap Gem FWMM Gem S/S [ 5 ] Pitralon Original A/S Lotion I chose to use the mild shaving FW as I thought less likely to cause problems with a waning blade. I was right the Shave was smooth enough, but I worked quite hard to get a passable Shave. It is a nicely weighted Razor and would probably work well as a daily shaver for those with a lighter beard than mine.

Saturday's shave Warm shower prep Burma Sha e Boar brush Timeless Etherea soap GEM 1912 razor GEM stainless steel blade Witch hazel, aloe, vetiver skin conditioner Aqua Velva Ice Sport aftershave Started with a curved cap 1912 and it provided extreme irritation, finished with a flat cap version that shaved extremely smooth. I did notice that the cap on the curved one doesn't quite align straight with the blade. Were the curved caps that much more aggressive or was there something wrong with my technique?
