It's a Williams Week!!! (Day 3)
Schick M1 Adjustable razor Personna blade FS Silver Tip brush Williams SS Osage Rub/Witch Hazel w/aloe Clubman Reserve Gent's Gin A/S
Well, this shave didn't work well especially when your wife is next to you and let's out a scream that startles the crap out of you. Got a good nick out of that. The scream? She was watching Dr Oz and they showed a women giving birth in her car on the way to the hospital. Very graphic! Anyway the shave is done, I stopped bleeding and all is well I reckon. Now go enjoy your day folks.

Wed 29th Aug Omega 11126 Speick Active ATT SE-G, modified base plate Gem S/S [ 1 ] Myrsol Antesol A/S Lotion After a superb Shave yesterday with a Streamline, I had to try the ATT SE-G with a fresh blade. Used the Speick Active again, and the Shave was smooth and perhaps more comfortable than the Streamline , as it is less aggressive. The quality of finish was not too dissimilar, but took a little longer today. I may well do a 1/2 & 1/2 Shave with the pair of them, though which to use on my more difficult R/H side is a puzzle.

Schick E3 razor Personna blade Williams SS Home Assembled brush Osage Rub/Witch Hazel w/aloe Pinaud Classic Vanilla A/S
The brush is a Burma Shave handle with a WD synthetic knot. Works pretty well, just a little scritchy. Like the Classic Vanilla too. So, I'm ready to go. Now go enjoy your day folks.

Thur 30th Aug Vintage v Modern- A 50/50 Shave. RazoRock Plissoft 24mm P & B Pall Mall A. RH Side. Ever Ready Streamline [ 2 ] B. LH Side ATT SE-G modified base plate, Gem S/S [ 2 ] Floid Vigoroso A/S Lotion I chose to use the Streamline on my most difficult side, and it worked out well as the keeness had been taken from the blade. The SE-G was also very smooth and effective especially around the chin. In terms of Shave Quality the finish provided by both Razors was Top Notch. I must really do another Shave with them, reversing their roles while the blades are still in their prime condition.

Fri 31st Aug Vintage v Modern SE- 50/50 Shave RazoRock Plissoft 22mm P & B Citrus Royale A.RH side, ATT SE-G modified B/Plate- Gem S/S [ 3 ] B.LH side, Ever Ready Streamline - Gem S/S [ 3 ] Pitralon Classic A/S Lotion I thought it appropriate to continue this head to head while blades were still fresh. Today used the SE-G only tougher RH side, and found that though very smooth took longer get the same finish as the did The Streamline yesterday. The Streamline was also very smooth and had no problems completing the Shave. I was very pleased with the overall quality of the finished Shave, being ultra close all round. I actually think that I prefer my favourite SE The Streamline to the modified ATT SE-G. The latter can be fiddly to load and secure the top cover, and is pricier than the Streamline, which though not S/S should last a lifetime. My thanks to Paul blademonkey for lending me the base plate which he modified to make my hitherto Razor perform as it should. I really have enjoyed an SE-G that works as was originally intended.
