Good day all, around here local the only blades I can find is Day Logic at Rite Aide. Went online and was kinda confused as to the differences between blades.
Now one that I’ve read up here in the forums my question is: which online places would y’all recommend to a newbie?

Now one that I’ve read up here in the forums my question is: which online places would y’all recommend to a newbie? Hey Andy. Those blades from RiteAid are very good blades if you want to use carbon steel. I prefer to use CS blades even though they do need to be cleaned and dried after use. They actually closed the RiteAids down here in Baton Rouge so I will have to change to CVS. I also get Treet blades local. If you want to use the coated Stainless Steel GEM blades one of the Members here has a Esty shop that several of us like to use. He uses the name linuxguile. Andrew usually keeps some of those blades in stock also. Andrews shave shopWest Coast shaving has the GEM Personna SS that are a good blade and the GEM Bluestar that I like also. West Coast ShavingAgain I prefer the carbon steel blades. I think they are smoother right out of the gate and just all around better. It is just part of the routine to dry them and the razor off after the shave.

I have seen them at my local cvs. But for me, I like the Treet blades. I just order the 100 pack off amazon.

I've used Amazon before I knew about my local drugstore, now closing regrettably, and Andrew having supplies.

Had a good smooth performance from the CS tonight. I’m about a half hour from everything at the house so I’ll probably pick up a few more packs if it ever stops raining long enough to go back to work lol
my wife did hair way back when, she suggested we check the beauty supply shop over in the big city, might be able to buy a larger pack.

If you have a Sally's beauty supply near you, they have a synthetic brush, I believe it it Barberys brand. It is about 10 bucks, great brush to have, and at a great price. Let me know if you need some blades, I'll happily send em your way.

Thanks. I know she frequents Sally’s, I think there’s another one but I can’t remember the name of it.
