So fess up! Let's have it!
It can be an after shave or a cologne or perfume. Or one or more of each...but explain.
Like if there is one for work and one for nightclubbing, one for cleaning the chicken pen...etc.
Or you may want to hip us to how your signature scent has changed as you have matured...or geezed-out, whichever the case may be.
I think scents are very important, as we all know. Nothing can take you "back" or just "out", as fast or effectively as olfactory stimulation!
Please, lets have no discrimination along cost lines. This is a truth..A great frag can honestly move you emotionally...no matter what the cost...High Brow or Low Brow are all treated equally here...}8^))
Lets hear it!!

For going out on the town, I have two scents. 1.Mont Blanc cologne. It is a "masculine" scent. Bit of leather, musk cedarwood 2. Nautica Legend. Along the same lines, but less musk. For work, usually Stetson Black, or the fresh scent. Also, davidoff cool water,Brut, and Old Spice. I do also like the line of scents from Adidas. Not overly powerful, but not cheap or synthetic smelling, if that makes sense. My favorite scent though is Hoppes #9

And I'm with you on Hoppes #9, }8^))...I had forgotten about that one...But as soon as you said it, I could smell it in my olfactory memory...Thats funny...usually it's the other way around...

hehehe, scents are another passion of mine....I've got a lot of colognes that I like, the first that spring to mind are the ones that I use more often, so: Grey Flannel Drakkar Noir Quorum Encre Noire Tabac Pino Silvestre Van Cleef & Arpels Pour Homme VC&A Tsar Caron Pour un Homme Giorgio Beverly Hills Lagerfeld Classic Bogart One Man Show Brut No special reason why, I simply love how these smell... well, the only one I can find another reason behind my liking it is Drakkar Noir: it was very popular here in Italy during the 80's, when I was a kid, and also my father and my uncle wore it. So for us kids that was the scent of adulthood....now that I'm a grown man, I earned the right to use it

I am a Aqua Velva ice blue man. Love it. No real reason. I love Stetson too because my mom loved it.

I have a lot of frags - of which my favourites tend to be vintage or discontinued - so I don't really have a signature scent. My top picks would be: Vintage YSL Kouros; vintage Dior Fahrenheit; vintage Givenchy Gentleman; Cerruti - Nino Cerruti (discontinued); Guerlain Vetiver; Geo Trumper Eucris; L'Histoire de Parfums 1740. I also have vintage Old Spice, vintage Brut and Tabac which take me back to my childhood and remind me of my father.

birdlives Sir Bird, if I'm not mistaken, I seem to recall a soap being made that was close to the scent of Hoppes. It even was packaged to look like it as well. I suspect it has been discontinued now however.

I love the Barber Shop scents...Clubman Classic Vanilla, and Original...Aqua Velva and Skin Bracer being favorites.
I'm also knocked out by Guerlain's...Habit Rouge EdT, and Shalimar EdP has such a development, it will take you on a trip. It's a masterpiece, but I would have a hard time actually wearing it. Lol.
I have been looking to try Jicky for...like, forever. Well I finally copped the new EdP...I'm crazy for it!
I tried to do a mini discription of Jicky, but all it did was create unanswered questions... So I just deleted that part, and will do a complete review and some history...those not familier with Jicky and interested in scents deserve that. And Jicky deserves the best I can do to give you my honest 'take' and clear up some of the mystery about this favorite.
I'll get that going asap...til then...
I've heard a ton of things about this icon, Jicky...ALOT was right, most of it wrong....except that it really is great!

Anyways, I forgot I have Guerlain's Mouchoir de Monsieur (in the bee bottle) - the evolution of Jicky. Another favourite - dirty and challenging. We like Guerlain in my house ...

I really like Guerlein Vetiver, the wife not so much. Paco Rabanne 1 Million is sort of my go to. Creed Cypres Musc for very special occasions. Reflection by Aouage is my “getting lucky” scent but I my age sometimes lucky is being left alone...
