A shovel head and Stirling! How do you like the shovel head? Does it compare favorably to the Heavy Flat Top? Just curious, I picked one up a while back and just haven't broken it out yet. Seems like for a lot of folks its a love-it or hate-it kind of razor. This morning was the first time using it. Initial impressions are : it is more efficient than the hft, and takes a bit more time to master. I need a few more shaves to make sure.

I was searching your YouTube channel to see if you had a video of you using one and couldn't find one. Thanks for the reply and I'll look forward to hearing your final verdict on it.

I try to not "review" something just for the sake of a review. I may do an initial impression, however, a formal well thought out review is something that I need a couple of shaves, be it razors, or soaps, etc. It will be my tuesday shave. By that time I will have 3 shaves to test it out and make sure it is given a fair review.

9nein9 wow!!!! That's insane for Brut! I like it, but not enough to pay that price. I wish SWMBO could stand the smell of Aqua Velva, but it makes her sick. Today, I just needed a simple, no frills, no hassle shave. I knew it was going to be a rough day at work, win figured I'd start with a good shave! The AV iced sport is is much tamer than the blue . It's a big hit in my house. Good to know.

Love the look of that setup!!! Not sure if you were going for it, but its got a real Mardi Gras vibe. For the uninitiated Mardi Gras colors are purple, green and gold. Laissez les bons temps rouler!!!!

Laissez les bons temps rouler!!!! Yessir, I'm aware of the scheme, but my objective here was simply to coordinate the colors given to me by the new soap/splash. If I'm going to match things up, I rarely come across a product that goes with the rather wild colors of the Infinity brush. The Infinity brush was intended to pay homage to the 90s Infinity Gauntlet comic arc.

Easy shave this morning. Didn't want to get out of the bed this morning, but ya gotta pay the bills some how. Rainy day here, so what better to use than the Autostrop? Yeah, and Brut to boot . That's a good way to finish a shave. Our walmart wants $4 more a bottle than Aqua velva here. I mean I liked the original but not paying that much for new formula. Brut $7.96 Aqua Velva $3.96 Old Spice 6.96. Aqua Velva has 100ml more per bottle. Sorry for the rant but that just grinds my gears. Awesome combination Aaron. I buy the dollar store version of brut here. Cheap as chips and I can not tell a difference.
