Whatever I will come up with will not nearly be as cool as the original. Most proprietary blades of the time where proprietary just to be proprietary. Valet. Probak. This blade had a proprietary shape because it served a purpose. Slide blade in, bend the tongues - click - shave. I'm not sure how the "click" works, but it is very satisfying.
Thomas Warnock Bigoney (1889-1977) - you were a very clever man.

It's a little more snug in the Bakelite pre-war but ok.

Unless someone points out another injector type blade that fits, I will work to Proline specs.

As that's the only model I have, that's what I'll be working with. Right now a blade adapter seems straight forward - the shape of an Enders blade, a bit shorter from front to back, with two small protrusions for the holes of the Proline blade to hold it in place. Maybe differently placed protrusions (front to back) on different models for different blade exposure. Make the Enders adjustable

Just to correct the record the newer style Enders, renamed the Shaver, was introduced in Fall 1940.

My "B-20s" arrived yesterday. Vendor made a mistake and sent P-20s, so I will have to wait a bit longer to use these. The green one came in today, so I cleaned them both up. Any idea how to get these yellow spots out? Heheh. Just kidding. I wasn't expecting the marbling. These really clean up nicely.

I think I'll need to order some 3D prints very soon: The yellow colour is just for highlighting the pegs that hold the Proline blade I need to decide on the material used to print these.

It took all of 10 minutes to clean up. I've spent more like 10 hours on my heavily stained GEM lather catchers so far and I haven't even resorted to the Dremel for polishing yet. I have done some quite accurate measurements and would assume that the P-20 won't fit.
