That is a great teaser, Andreas. I could go for that. However, I think the head needs to be angled down more. It's a draft. I'm waiting for updated head files from Tom. Then I'll fiddle.

I rotated the head about 10 degrees. It might be better at 15. You got the software to do that.

At some point, the screw will come out at the front of the handle. But as I said: The head has changed and I put the old head on the new handle. Until I have the files for the new head, this is all I can do.

I have dubbed my TNNSER "The TOMinator." I felt it needed a name. It is an excellent shaver. Thanks Tom. Looking forward to the 3D version.

.Just caught up with this-thread, I am a bit in awe of what you are doing. Am afraid this high tech stuff is beyond me.Like the Andreas one with the Bakelite handle.I would quite like to have one,but would be clueless about how to do it.Well done you creative Guys, are you sure that Black Magic is not involved in this

The Speed handle - for example - is entirely made up from mathematical functions The curve is generated by an arctangent function, apart from one bit which part of an ellipse. No Black Magic involved - just maths.

A few more tweaks and we should be there. Do you mean the racing stripes? Looks perfect to me. Really only clean the file up a tad to get a good printing. Also a bit of tweaking for clearance. I can’t thank riverrun enough for the thoughtful and constructive input. Also for his wicked handle design using simple MATHS😬
