Fri 3rd May Cyril Salter /Maseto ED. 2Band Lea Classic soap Gem Micromatic - open comb Gem S/S [ 4 ] Lea Classic A/S Lotion Having earlier in the week tried to hurry a Shave along with poor results, I have been making amends. The Micromatic is not one to rush, but having got to grips with it I find that it shaves very smoothly and comfortably. The Extra time spent on the Shave was rewarded with an excellent close all round finish.

Catie's Bubbles | Ruds Suds: The Dark Side DrivenLegend Red & Black | APShaveCo Tuxedo 30mm Ever-Ready SE | Delta Echo | Gem PTFE That my friend is one BAD ASS Razor. Thanks. I like it. I collect(ed) the razors commonly known as "Streamlines". I've acquired enough (first and second generation versions) such that I decided to have a few gunkoted. The finish adds a little drag to the shave, but it's not a bad thing. Feels more like a heavy aluminum razor as opposed to the native slick chrome.

Jayaruh 351 Stirling Baker Street 7 O'Clock Razor Gem, Feather, 7 O'Clock I tried this razor with three different blades this morning. The Gem is too mild, as it is slightly narrower than the original. The Feather is more aggressive, as it is slightly wider and it cannot be secured properly. The Original blades would be just right but blunt and rusty, I only took a couple of strokes to see how they felt. I will have to think of a way to put something behind a Gem blade so it sits a little further forward. All good fun

Hope you get the blade situation sorted out.
