Stick to what you have. They will last a lifetime. Agreed. Just buy em of the bay. Its cheaper than custom work.

I mentioned that because it would be waaaaaaay cheaper to buy a straight razor with the width you need and go to a water jet machinist. It would be just 2 straight cuts and you might even get 2 blades out of one straight with 3 cuts. Probably would cost under $75 for the cuts. That plus the cost of the actual razor would probably be cheaper.

I know they exist, but I've only seen one in one photo.
