Went to T.J Maxx this morning. Just to see what if anything I could find. Got this tube for 5.40 with tax. I will for sure be going back.

ordinaryshaver, Nice. I've heard T.J. has that stuff. We have some around here somewhere, or we used to. This is my July haul. Yes Surrey, it is.

I picked up a few nice things this week. A British Featherweight unused and a British Gem 1912 with some handy instructions. And, at last, a very nice 1909! I've been looking for one at the right price for years.

Congratulations, sir!!! Your wait and ultimate success inspires those of us who are currently waiting for our ship/razor to come in! Thanks, I hope your razor/ship comes in soon. What razor do you seek? It’s a short list of 3: Schlick Type F, ER Streamline, and the ER 1909. All three tend to be scarce and expensive when found.

A pretty good list, I would like to find a Type F, great looking razor! Although, after a short dabble in the injectors I much prefer the thicker Gem blades. A book. Goodness! The book has arrived and this man has the most amazing collection of Kampfe razors/stropping machines/tins you can imagine. There are razor models in there I didn't know existed. One jaw drop per page. I hope to be able to see his collection soon.

Is it old enough to scan and post without copyright problems? I would like to see that book.

A Burham 1909 SE razor. I hope modern blades (GEM or FHS) will work when it arrives.
