Wed 31st July Simpson Chubby 1 / Maggards 2band Williams Mug Soap Occams V2 / No3 plate Kai Captain Titan mild-Pink [ 1 ] Williams Aqua Velva A/S Lotion The Occams on plate 3 has a significant amount of blade feel, and makes short work at clearing the stubble. I found the Kai blade to be better with this plate than the Proline which was rather threatening when working around the chin. PS Brief Review in section on Modern SE Razors

TOST Thursday's ShaveCold Water Rinse Morning TOST Shaving Soap Jayaruh #18 Silvertip RazoRock Black Hawk Feather Professional CWR PSC Caffeinated AS My prep was just a cold water rinse. The Morning TOST Shaving Soap face lathered well with the Jayaruh #18 Silvertip brush. I did two passes with the RazoRock Black Hawk razor with a Feather Professional blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with PSC Caffeinated AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Schick Eversharp Lady Injector Schick Chinese blade - damn fine blade. I find it as good as the NOS that came with the razor which I think was a Schick platinum. Omega Boar Brush Williams Mug Soap Lucky Tiger Aspen AS Showered, shaved and ready for Bocce ball tonight

I don't know how and where you guys working on blade carriers are establishing an exposure setting but I'm really happy with where I am now. I wouldn't presume the bevel is identical between the Proline and stock so I think experimentation is worthwhile.

Thur 1st August. Jayaruh Syn. No67 Tabac Occams V2 / No3 plate\ Kai CTM-Pink [ 2 ] Tabac A/S Lotion Now 3 Shaves in with the Occams fitted with its most aggressive plate. I am using the milder Kai blade. but there is still loads of blade feel, and a close all round Shave is accomplished very quickly.

First use of the Enders Speed Shaver. Tried it with the NOS proprietary blade that Jim sent me. It wasn't the most comfortable shave. Certainly with an injector blade it will work better.
