Friday's Shave Cold Water Rinse PSC Caffeinated Shave Cream Jayaruh #18 Silvertip RazoRock Black Hawk Feather Professional CWR PSC Caffeinated AS My prep was just a cold water rinse. The PSC Caffeinated Shave Cream face lathered well with the Jayaruh #18 Silvertip brush. I did two passes with the RazoRock Black Hawk razor with a Feather Professional blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with PSC Caffeinated AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed... I like the PSC Shave cream. Is the AS the same spearmint scent or what?

Fri 2nd August. RazoRock Syn. 24mm De Vergulde hand ATT SE1 Schick Proline [ 2 ] Jaguar Prestige A/S Lotion Rather enjoyed the extra heft of the ATT after successive Shaves with the light Occams. Went for a quick Shave rather than a close one, but good enough consideringI am doing nothing special.

Well in the spirit of figure this thing out, I think I cracked the code on what it takes to get a close shave with the One Blade. I got a BBS over about 90 percent of my face today with no irritation. The key is PRESSURE and I don't mean a little. You lay the head flat against your face and then push to activate the pivot, then shave. Worked beautifully for me. One Blade Feather FHS-10 Nancy Boy Shaving cream - not lathered, just a light coating for slickness Aqua Velva Ice Sport The shave was 45 minutes ago and feeling smoother and smoother as the whiskers dehydrate and shrink back a bit. This is an example of the amount of pressure you need. A lot more than I had given it to be sure.

Sat 3rd August. Sterling Syn. 26mm Sterling Baker Street King Cobra Schick Proline [ 5 ] Massimo Dutti A/S Lotion Rather a farewell Shave with the KC, as I do not use it enough to do it justice. I find it to be quite aggressive so tend to use more forgiving Razors instead. Having said that providing one concentrates as i did today, I had a very quick and satisfying close all round Shave.

Sunday 4th August Alpha T400 - Arran Lochranza - General Steel w/Alpha Bravo handle - Schick Proline P #5 - Alum - Blue Stratos A/S - Aloe Vera Gel - Blue Stratos EDT After a couple of unmentionable shaves, I'm back. I was surprised that the Proline was fairly tuggy today, especially on its 5th outing. Usually I get 10+ shaves. I did get a good result, although I did have to work a bit harder.

SE Sunday's ShaveCold Water Rinse LaToja Shaving Stick Jayaruh #296 Brush Eversharp H2 Hussy Personna Injector CWR Granddad's Blend In Harrisburg, PA, at the Holiday Inn Express. My prep was just a cold water rinse. The LaToja Shaving Stick face lathered well with the Jayaruh #296 Brush. I did two passes with the Eversharp H2 Hussy razor with a Personna Injector blade and ended up with a terrible shave. I need to find me some injector blades today. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Granddad's Blend AS. I wish I were clean, smooth, and refreshed... Perhaps tomorrow.

The shave was 45 minutes ago and feeling smoother and smoother as the whiskers dehydrate and shrink back a bit. I've always wondered why my face feels noticeably smoother a good 15 to 30 minutes after a shave than it does immediately after the cutting.
