Hey everyone, I'm new here. Anyone use the Occam's SE that uses the artist club blades? I have and I love it. I have 2 Gems, 1 Star, 3 Schick injectors and while they're all fine razors, the Occam's out shaves them all IMO. Other than the Occam's, my favorite SE is the Gem push button. So, there you have it.

I've not used it, don't get much into the new ones very much. What is it that you like about it?

It's just a good razor. It provides me with a great 2-pass BBS shave. I have used the Feather Pro-Guard blades and the Kai Titan Pinks. I believe I like the Kai's the best.

Could it be that your technique is perfect due to your own confidence in that razor? What I mean is this, if you had the same confidence in any other razor and blade combo, would you still get a BBS? Is their something about the blade gap and exposure that is different than other razors?

Good questions, but I have about 30 different razors and I have a lot of confidence in many of them. Some just shave better than others. This is the first razor I have had that uses the artist club blades. That may have something to do with it.

Perhaps it is held more rigid due to its different tolerances. Good conversation. What say you. wchnu ?
