Thanks to mrconklin I have able to try out this here new fangled thingie. He was nice enough to send it along with the items for the end of summer give always. I got a shave in with it and can say that it does give a great shave. It is wider then a real Injector but that did not cause any issues with my shave. I did not get a pic before hand due to some technical problems. Here is the video though. Thank again for the use of the razor mrconklin.

I was a bit worried about the width when I first got it, but once I used it, didn't find any issue at all.

I've got one of these that I have set aside. I need to get some blades for it and use it. Good looking shave fuzz.

I have no problems, but I did notice that apparently I sight how far the razor needs to move to the sideburn area of my cheek by how far it is away from my nose. (only way I can explain this) What that meant is the first time I lined up the AC format blade for the sideburn swipe the far edge of the razor was actually a bit over into my ear. So I had to bring it slightly to the center of my face. That is the only adjustment I needed to make for the wider blade.

Another great shave. Again I would not buy one...but there is nothing wrong with the shave. I used a Feather Pro Super this time. Blade is a blade.

Is there any interest in a pass around with this one?

Is there any interest in a pass around with this one? I think I would pass on that one. I think Joe is at least is trying to make razors that would pull in both new shavers and veterans alike, but of course, "if it ain't broke". If he made something similar that took injector blades, then I might be interested.

mrconklin For what it's worth, I really enjoy mine, but I also like the ECO.

You know, if you replace the head with a 1912, and then go ahead and use the 1912 handle too, I bet it would shave great!
