Finally, I Am Clean, Smooth, and Refreshed Once More No picture today, so use your imagination. It has been ten days since my last shave. I am feeling really bad about not entering into Open Comb OCtober. With the wife's help, I assembled my modest equipment for today's shave. I chose: Barbasol Original Shave Cream, TOST LE Synthetic brush, (razor and blade removed to preserve the peace), and Cella After Shave. I applied cold water to my face with the brush. Then I squirted a bit of Barbasol onto the end of my brush and built a great lather on my 10-day-old beard. Glad you got one in. I don’t feel quite right if I skip a day.

Razor: Focus Dynamic 48 SE Blade: 1/2 of a Lord blade Soap: Baume.be cream Brush: Badger Another great shave. The Focus is a fun razor. I almost banned that razor. I have an intense dislike for it that developed across the street. Whatever for?

Sun 13th Oct. Cyril Salter/ Maseto ED. 2band Faena Sandalwood Occams Oren V2 / No3 plate Feather Proguard [ 2 ] Jaguar Classic A/S Lotion I chose the Occams for a nice relaxed Shave. I had not taken into account the lather that the Faena produces, so rich and creamy that the Shave was so easy that without effort I ended up with a real "Face Stroker". This has to be the Razor to use when I want a Special Occasion Shave, displacing previous contenders for that role.

I did the first pass, and this 114 year old razor with its open comb and sharp (deleted) blade reduced the significant areas with ease. I almost opted to call it a shave, but decided to lather up one more time and do a clean up pass ATG. Light easy strokes left me with a clean, close shave. I did a cold water rinse and finished off with Cella After Shave. I am looking fine and feeling fine right now. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed.
