I use green tea bags from the grocery store, four tea bags in 4 to 6 cups of water in the microwave for about 8 minutes. After it cools down a bit pour into a gallon "jug" and fill with water. Put it in the refrigerator. I go through a gallon a day, you can make it sweet tea if you wish just add sugar as to your liking. Any particular rationale for Green tea as opposed to others?

I just wanted to share the joy. We went to Charlotte, NC, for Thanksgiving. Two of our sons and their families along with my oldest's in-laws. There was 14 of us in all. That's me on the bottom right and my bride to my left. My oldest, Philip, is taking the picture.

That works much better. FWIW, I have bulk green tea and made some this morning. I'm not much on caffeine, having broken the addiction many years ago. Green tea is something I can drink. I had forgotten I had it in the cupboard. It doesn't really require sweetening, but different flavors come to the fore with some. Since I can't use sugar or it's variations (I'm in ketosis) I added some erythritol to my first mug and monk fruit extract for the second. Both sweeteners were quite acceptable. Nice family group Jayaruh. That's one of the things I miss by being so far away.
