WILLIAMS WEDNESDAY Pre : Pears Original Transparent
Brush: JR #355 Maggards Knot
Soap: Williams Mug Shaving Soap
Razor: Kampfe Star - Jayaruh Box #23 & handle
Blade: GEM PTFE S/S (7)
Post Shave: Alum Block, cold water splash, Homemade Witch Hazel with added oils
Balm: Homemade Bay Rum Argan Lotion
Aftershave: Homemade Bay Rum Splash #02
My Original bowl lather was a little thin today in the little Turkish bowl as i must not have loaded enough, simple remedy was to reload the brush and carry on mixing, giving me plenty of good stuff after a little work. A 3 pass shave today with the Kampfe, 1st time ATG so i was a little careful, i do feel i am starting to get to grips with it though. I used my Bay Rum essential oil infused Argan oil as a post lotion and let it sink in as i cleaned the tools and sink, finishing with a good splash of my Homemade Bay Rum Splash. Resulting in a DFS+ finish, smooth and comfortable and smelling pretty good. I do enjoy a Williams Wednesday shave. Have a great Day All.

Cold Water Rinse Williams Mug Shave Soap Jayaruh #326 Russian SHaDE Personna Half DE CWR Florida Water
My prep was just a cold water rinse. The Williams Mug Shave Soap face lathered well with Jayaruh #326 Brush. I did two passes and a cleanup with the Russian SHaDE razor with a Personna Half blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Florida Water. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...
I had a great 3-pass shave with a new-to-me Schick Adjustable (I think M3). The blade was a new "chick", the modern Williams lathered easily with my "barbershop" boar and it was a great start to a really great day. I'm posting this many hours after the shave, as I sit rubbing my face, I think the "baby" may well have appeared on this one!

I know how you feel. I am now on my 4th day of enforced absence from work. I awakened on Monday.....totally deaf and the medical teams are only now getting to the bottom of it. It is scary when you don't know what is happening
9nein9: To like or not to like the like button? That is the question. Our society thrives off the like button it seems . I'm not sure if I like it or I don't like it.Just kind of got used to it .

carlfrommo: Hey guys. Last minute question here. What shot size should I use for flying reindeer?
Dec 24, 2019 22:11:29 GMT -6
ordinaryshaver: You want to use 3 1/2 in magnum lead shot, in size T. Problem solved.

ordinaryshaver: No steel, too light and use an extra full choke, unless you have a good blind setup

carlfrommo: Well, last night was a failure. I had one shot, and I didn't lead the red-nosed one enough. I think I ended up shooting the driver. Might have gotten him in the leg. Hard to tell because he was wearing red pants and coat.

carlfrommo: He turned his sled away and landed on the roof two blocks down. Out of range for a second shot. I did notice he walked with a bit of a limp though. He shouldn't be coming in my yard anyway.

mrconklin: Last time I hunted waterfowl. 2 3/4 shells were standard and the cool kids were starting to play with the 3 inch, but most guns weren't made for them. Steel was also just starting to be mandated on Federal and State land.
