Time for shaving but not picture taking the last couple of days. Here's how things went down. WednesdayRazor: OneBlade Soap: Gillette Pure Brush: No brush, hand lathered AS: Just Witch HazelThursdayRazor: Lady Eversharp Injector Soap: Baume.be Brush: Simpson Badger AS: Speick
Fine shave on both days. The Baume.be cream is excellent stuff. It has a very wide range. You can go anywhere from thick buttercream to thin and anything in between. Just add water slowy until you have the consistency you want. Went to far, a tiny bit more cream will get it thick again. This is one I will buy again.
Since I don't have any shave pics, I'll show a pic from carving class. This is one the master is working on.

I hade a nice comfortable relaxing shave with the Hydro-Magic today. Loaded up a new Chick blade lathered up some Cella with the SHD two band and enjoyed the easy smooth shaving.

Thur 9th Jan Jayaruh Syn. No67 TBG soap Occams Enoch Schick Proline ( 1 ) TBG 6th sense A/S lotion My first use of The Enoch.Found loading a blade fiddly as blade retaining lugs rather shallow. However,I found it nicely weighted and manouvreable with a nice degree of blade feel. Very pleased with the finish quality though I got a couple of weepers on the chin by rushing to finish.

It is scary when you don't know what is happening I just saw this. Any news on what os going on? Thanks for your concern! The audiologist on wednesday appears to have reached the correct conclusion.....an inner ear infection on both sides with the symptoms being masked by the cold/flu. Both ED and my own doctor missed it. My GP had given me antibiotic drops which were ineffective as the infection was on the other side of the eardrum. I went back to the Doctor yesterday with a letter from the audiologist and she put me on a course of Oral antibiotics which seem to be taking effect. My hearing is starting to return and I no longer have to listen to that infernal mechanical clock which has been ticking constantly in my head for the last few days!

10/12/2019 Pre: 1912 Citrus Musk Brush: JR #355 Maggards Knot Soap: 1912 Citrus Musk Razor: Colonial General V2 Stainless Blade: Feather PB (5) Post shave: Alum Block, cold water splash, Homemade Witch hazel Balm: Homemade Neroli & Orange Argan oil, Barts Balm Lime Balm Aftershave: Mäurer & Wirtz 4711 EDC Another wonderful shave today, 3 passes for a BBS finish. The little 3D printed bowl made by another forum member on TSR and the JR#355 worked very well with the 1912 soap, giving me plenty of lovely Lather for the job ahead, the photo shows what was left after i shaved from a normal brush loading, this little bowl paired with the Jayaruh brush, which is also a lather monster really explodes the soap. A great Post shave routine, a 1st for me is the Mäurer & Wirtz 4711 EDC, it is right up my street and smells wonderful, not too heavy and a great citrus scent, a very good pairing with the soap, i could not help but finish with a rub of the Barts Balm Lime aftershave Balm. I really enjoyed that, BBS, supple skin feel and smelling fantastic. Have a great day All.

Friday's ShaveCold Water Rinse Proraso Sandalwood Jayaruh #326 Russian SHaDE Personna Half DE CWR Florida Water My prep was just a cold water rinse. The Proraso Sandalwood face lathered well with Jayaruh #326 Brush. I did two passes and a cleanup with the Russian SHaDE razor with a Personna Half blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Florida Water. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...
