An NOS Schick M3 with some vintage blades. Having recently acquired an M2 I am almost duty bound to find an M1 and complete the set!

I REALLY like my M3, and I thought mine was in really good shape, until I saw yours -- you did exceptionally well! I haven't tried those vintage Platinum blades yet, but I've heard such good things that I'm considering picking some up and giving 'em a try.

Thanks Fred.....it's absolutely brand spanking new with the dummy blade still in place. I was very fortunate. I logged into one of my shaving forums and it had been put up for sale just 4 min previously. He also included the blades for a very reasonable price

I was recently able to acquire a couple of badgers with rather unique handles. The one on the left is Lapis Lazuli with a 2-band Manchurian badger; and the one on the right is Arizona Jade (US-mined Jadeite) with a 3-band High Mountain White knot. I've been a big fan of Lapis for a long time....my family and I spent a couple of years in Iran, and it is readily found there and in neighboring Afghanistan. There are several brush-maker-artisans that will mix up resin to look like Lapis; but these brushes were made by an individual who works with stone...which is what I was looking for. While I know a little something about Lapis, I don't know much about Arizona Jade; but I liked the look and I was interested in the different knot and different stone-material. I don't have them in hand yet, but I'm anxious to feel the weight and see them in person.

Times have been crazy lately and shaving with first unmentionable I can lay hands on. That's why I'm not participative as I would like. So, just to let you know I'm still alive 😁 I'm sharing my February's acquisition. A lovely hand painted, with 26mm fan knot, shaving brush, by Il Marchese. Sorry for the photo but I had to cut an unmentionable laying next to the brush. 😬☺️

Some great items so far. I've wanted to get an Injector adjustable and those brushes look great.

I have become a fan of longer handled injectors. This one is NOS with 1972 on the packaging.
