Menthol Monday's ShaveCold Water Rinse TSD Cool Lime Shave Stick B-400 Badger TNNSER by Tom GEM Stainless CWR Osage Rub It is salute to Tom White Week. I'm using the B-400 and Original TNNSER. The TSD Cool Lime Shave Stick face-lathered well with the B-400 Badger brush. Two passes and touch ups with the TNNSER by Tom with a GEM Stainless blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Osage Rub. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Monday Shave Razor - My new TNNSER 3d my nephew printed for me Blade - GEM PTFE Brush - Fine Stout Soap - GZD Berber The blade seemed rougher than I remembered but then I also remember that during the final fitting of the razor last night... First I grabbed a used Gem blade, dulled it and did the basic filing/fitment adjustment. Then I though I had it and went to a real blade, that showed the need for more refinement. The one I dulled would ride easily over any minor clearance issues whereas the sharp one would not give at all. So I think I probably boogerd up the blade when it wouldn't go. Should have tossed it rather than even trying it. It was a very aggressive ride. I did pass 2 with a different razor on one side of my face, both sides look equal, so most of the damage was done on the first, wtg pass. So I added some balm post shave and feel better even though I have some redness like I haven't seen in a long time. Back on the horse tomorrow or Wednesday with a new blade. My nephew says there is about 12.5 cents of material in this. I forget what type of plastic it is. Seems very similar to the black TNNSER I had/have (My BIL is trying that out). He has access to some printing material with plant fibers so though it would be kind of cool to make the handle on a future model wood grain.

I had a great shave with a Gem MMBT with guiding eye and a Ever-Ready 1914 today. Both shared a 5th use Meijer SS blade. I went with a horse hair brush and Tabac for lather and a witch hazel Splash with a little lotion to finish things off.

Monday, Feb 24 Kept it simple today -- GEM PB with a well used GEM SS PTFE blade, La Toja stick lathered with a Yaqi 26mm Rainbow "faux horse", and finished with Thayer's Rose Witch Hazel. Took 3-passes on some very light stubble -- I find the PB to be a REALLY mild performer for me -- but the end result was a VERY comfortable darn fine shave.
