My first shave with a PAL Injectomatic. This one is a British made razor. I have been wanting one for a little while and a good friend had several and was willing to part with one. It was a pretty late shave so I waited till today to post. I really enjoyed the shave. I used a Chick blade and it was pretty efficient with a good amount of blade feel without being harsh. I can see that the Ivory handles version would probably be a little more comfortable since it is a little wider but was plenty happy with the feel of this one. And the razor is in beautiful condition. I look forward to my next shave with it. Inwas considering putting a Proline B20 in it but wasn't sure the rounded corners would engage the blade stops correctly. Has anyone tried them in these particular razors. I really wish those blades didn't have such rounded corners.

Shave 2 with the Pal Injectomatic. I like this razor. I will have to do a side buy side shave with a few of my other injectors but I think this is more aggressive than most of my others.

19/04/20 Pre: Sainsbury's / 1912 Frankensoap, Bergamot, Nectarine & Citrus Musk Brush: Vintage Butterscotch Culmak Plus 1950 Soap: Vintage Cussons 1950's Razor: Aluminium Rolls / Unmentionable Blade: Rolls / Unmentionable Post shave: Alum Block, cold water splash, EO infused Witch Hazel Balm: Gucci by Gucci Aftershave: Copycat Executive A shave of 2 halves today, I had a really nice lather from the Vintage cream, i am amazed that this still works so well after all this time, the scent is light and clean. I decided to give the Ally Rolls a run out today after the successful shave with the stainless steel version last week. The 1st pass WTG went really well with the blade cutting without problem, i started the XTG pass and the blade started to pull a bit on the tougher stubble around the chin, i switched sides and again it was OK on the cheeks but really began to pull on the chin stubble. I had the Unmentionable on standby to do a bit clean up so i ditched the rolls, I re-lathered and completed a full pass XTG. I then completed an ATG pass with the Unmentionable to give a BBS result. Shame really. I have had a go putting the blade on the hone (25 laps done slowly and deliberately) and Strop (50 laps) Hopefully this will improve the shave the next time. A very nice post shave leaving me soft, supple and smelling top drawer. I still enjoyed the shave as i have learned something from it. Stay safe and enjoy your Sunday All. Happy Birthday Arthur Electrif i hope you have a wonderful day.

Two passes and touch ups with the Ever-Ready Lather Catcher with a Vintage Gem Cutlery SE blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with PSC Caffeinated After Shave Balm. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Hawk V3 OC on Tibam titanium. Best handling combination I think. Pretty bladey with Feather Super but very manageable and pretty efficient.
