Hey guys, picked up this ER LC and would like to know when it was made. It is not the "ER" head and it says "Hamburg", not Berlin that I have seen on other ER LC's Did not come with a case... Should clean up nicely Thanks Kevin

On page ASR4 of Waits compendium it shows that very head with Hamburg on it in that position. I don't know if it's safe to assume the heads are in chronological order. But the illustration is labled 1904-1911. Yeah, I know, not much help.

Thanks for taking the time to look it up Brian, I appreciate it. I thought it looked alot like your 1906 that you painted black, but there is no picture of the back to see if it said Hamburg. I read your other post on the review of the 1906 Ever Ready, that is an open comb model, did ER have different LC models for 1906?
Thx

I just don't know.
I compared mine to known pictures in Waits is the way I dated what I have.
When I was looking my LCs over to maybe help with yours I discovered one of mine has Hamburg onthe other side of the head and no guy shaving. It too is pictured in that same illustration. I couldn't get any closer to a date than what I told you. And more than one model for 1906? Maybe. That did go through my mind with yours. My dating of my razors is now in question.
