Way to go Rich! All it needs is a bit of cleaning I'm not sure if you are into reworking the handle (a new coat of lacquer or paint). Give us a review. I don't know if you own a Gem lather catcher and how it compares to one. The lather catchers can get pretty pricey (depending on the condition).

If you like an aggressive razor, you'll love the shave! John Actually, all my LCs are quite moderate in shaves. OCMM, Damaskeene, and Jewel/Streamline seem more aggressive to me.

Hmmm..interesting... I think your razor has been modified and the closed comb was trimmed to make it an open comb. Are the blade stops still there? Your pictures do not show that side of the razor. If the stops are still there, I dont see why it wouldnt work. Thanks for sharing!!
