I imagine that the shave is similar. The C has a very narrow window of cutting as compared to my Es'. After looking at patent drawing the way the blade lays in the head look similar so (assumption) I'm guessing the shaves are similar because the blades were designed for a 32 degree aoa (at least from what I discern from patent drawings). perhaps a member with both can chime in.
p.s. (YMMV) Blade choice is important also.These were designed for the thicker non-injector repeating razors and not the thinner blade injector. A std. injector blade should slide through. If not, imho, The upper and inside of the cap is impacted with crud or someone took a set of pliers to it and crimped the top cap down.
