Menthol Monday's ShaveProraso Pre Shave C.O. Bigelow JR#206 2-band Badger Schick H "The Hussy" Schick Twin CWR Thayer's Lemon WH Vegetal I started off with Proraso Pre Shave. The C.O. Bigelow Shaving Cream face-lathered well with the JR #206 2-band Badger brush. I did two passes with the Schick H Razor with a Schick Twin blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Thayer's Lemon WH and then Vegetal AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed... This was my first shave with the Hussy. wchnu sent it to me to test drive. twhite sent me some Schick Twins to use saying that it takes it to a new level. I must say that the resulting shave was not to be equaled. The weird handle took some getting used to, and I am not sure I am used to it yet. I will be using it through Friday, so that should give me time to get accustomed to it. The other thing was that it clogs pretty easily. If I were a hot water guy, that probably would not have been much of an issue.

I think I will make WILLIAMS WEDNESDAY a Hussy day this week. Twin blade and all.

Tabac Tuesday's Shave
Proraso Pre Shave Tabac JR#206 2-band Badger Schick H (the Hussy) Schick Twin CWR Thayer's Lemon WH Vegetal I started off with Proraso Pre Shave. The Tabac Shave Soap face-lathered well with the JR #206 2-band Badger brush. I did two passes with the Schick H Razor with a Schick Twin blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Thayer's Lemon WH and then Vegetal AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed... I really like the Tabac. It worked much better today with the Hussy. I did not have near the problem of rinsing her out with cold water. The Tabac is so rich and slick. Very nice soap.

I was thinking as I was shaving today that this would make a great travel razor. You could just slip it into your pocket with a puck of williams.

For me the Hussy is a great every day razor. It was my most used razor last year. You're lucky to have tried it with those blades. They are precious and I wish I'd be able to find some more...
