Here is a video I did with a early model E2. It shows it open for cleaning and loading a blade. I used Marvys soap and brush. All went well.

Those early E2s just might be the quintessential Schick Injector....They were the razor that took Schick to the top of the U.S. charts.... Also maybe the L type is the quintessential, because they were in production for so long with so many versions....
As I've said before...."I've never met a Schick I didn't love!"

Although I must admit.....
While ALWAYS I was an unmovable Schick Head like my Pop....
But,.......Now in my old age....I am appreciating more and more the shaving prowess of Ever-Ready, aswell!
