Does anyone out there have either the Wilkinson Sword soap or stick? I am contemplating ordering some, but I'd like to have y'all's take on it.
How does it relate to other soaps or sticks? I have used darby, Palmolive, and Arko, so I am fairly confident about my ability to lather, curious to know if it is worth the cost, or of it just marketing on behalf of W.S?

I have the soap and consider it to be really nice. The scent is mild and pleasant. Lathers very well, nice and slick with ample protection. I would highly recommend it. I have heard puck and stick are same, but I don't use sticks-can't confirm this. One of the best buys in shaving soap!

So, a good performer for the price? I will take a look at it again and see if I can see any difference between the stick and the bowl. Thanks.

I have the soap in the blue container that looks like a space ship. Smells very synthetic (but not bad) and lathers thin and has a horrible drying post shave. Good thing I only spent 3.99 on it. I hear the shave stick is good though.

Maybe I can not dry out my face any more. I find soaps that others call drying are not bad to me. Cast iron face maybe.

The bowl soap is easily obtained in most supermarkets the in the UK. It was the first soap I bought when I started my wet shaving journey. It was quickly binned as the performance was terrible and irritated my face. I've never tried the blue stick which looks entirely different.

I wish it was as available here in the states as easy as it is in the U.K.
