Looks great, just like brand new. Even the vintage blade the seller left in it for you cleaned up well!

Greetings
You certainly have the knack of cleaning up these old razors, that's another razor you have brought back from the grave, that razor I would have looked at and said. "That's had it, too bad to do anything with" Wrong again!
Great Job, like Tom the blade refurb. puzzles me a little! ;D
Regards Dick.

Thanks guys...this one got cleaned up mostly with a soft brass brush (like a toothbrush but brass) and polished with Flitz. I left the old blade in it while I cleaned it and it did come out nice looking but that is a new blade in the pics. I wont post pics here, but here is a link to B&B with a couple of DE's that came out of the same lot. badgerandblade.com/vb/showthread.php/329635-Almost-threw-these-in-the-garbageI'll post pics of my cleaning tools later Thx Kevin

Nice cleanup! I too love the easy, great shave you get with those razors. I have several G's and they are the closest thing to a foolproof DFS+ shave I have.

agreed on all the comments. an amazing cleanup job , bravo! and they do provide a dream of a shave.
I like the E better only because it opens and closes easily. The G isnt supposed to, it can be done but I messed up one trying to bend the tab so that it can be moved.

Great job. I lately used Brasso to bring the shine up on couple old razors.

The E gives a better, closer shave, but I've been bitten badly by them several times.

Heres my cleaning tools Scrubbing Bubbles, Flitz polish/microfiber cloth and my nylon and brass brushes Usually the nylon brush is all I need, will use the brass one on brass razors or lightly on handle knurling, works really good for that
